Packaging Requirements
Original Packaging: We recommend returning items in their original packaging whenever possible.
Alternative Packaging: If the original packaging is unavailable, please use a sturdy box slightly larger than the item. Ensure the item is securely packed with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Instructions
Follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team, including approved shipping labels and carrier options.
Ensure the return shipping label is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Duty of Care
Reasonable Care: You are legally required to take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession. Proper packaging is essential to avoid damage during return shipping.
Failure to take reasonable care may result in a deduction from your refund or a compensation claim.
Refund & Exchange Process
Inspection: Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it to verify the reported defect and confirm that it is in the same condition as when originally supplied.
Processing: If the inspection is successful, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to cover shipping and handling costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
